You’ll choose a template, provide your branding, images, and copy, and then relax while I customize your site.
After launch I’ll provide comprehensive training videos on how to update your website, empowering you to manage your website going forward as your business continues to thrive and expand.

The Process

Getting started
Reach out and let me know about your project. We’ll talk about the design, how many pages you’ll need and you’ll select a template.
Once ready to book in you’ll sign the contract and put down a 50% deposit to hold the dates in my calendar.

Prep Work
I’ll need all of your content before I can start the project, which is branding, copy and images.
I'll provide a checklist and will guide you through the steps that need to be completed prior to the start of your customization week.

Week of Work
I will complete the homepage first, send it to you for review, and then move on to the rest of the site.
Once the site is fully completed, I’ll send it to you for a final review. Then I’ll walk you through how to purchase a Squarespace subscription and I’ll connect your domain.

Support
At the end of the week, I’ll send a custom walkthrough video with instructions on how to edit and maintain the site.
The project fee remainder is due at this time and you’ll have 30 days post support for any small issues or tweaks that arise.

This is for anyone who needs a new website but doesn't have the budget for a custom site. The quick turnaround of a week makes this great for people who need sites up ASAP.
This is also for anyone who’s purchased a Squarespace 7.1 template from another designer/template shop but don’t want to or don’t have the time to DIY. -
I will need all of your content before we can start the project.
Branding: logos, font files, colour palette - if you don’t have branding then we will use the templates fonts & colour palette, but I would highly suggest not using the default and having fonts & colours chosen for your brand because it will make the site feel more unique to your business.

Yes! The following necessary costs are not included in my price: you’ll need to pay Squarespace for hosting and you’ll also need a domain (if you don’t have one, you can get one free for one year with your new Squarespace website).

I style your template of choice with your fonts, colours, images, and copy to personalize it to your brand but the site’s flow and functionality match that of the template.

You may reschedule up to 7 days before your reserved date. The rescheduled date must be within 60 days of the originally booked date. Payments are non-refundable.

Your website will be all yours after the build! You can hire me or another designer to make future updates, or you can DIY.

Additional pages can be added at an additional fee. When you inquire about your project let me know how many and what types of pages you need and I’ll let you know the cost. This may also extend your timeline depending on how many pages are added.

Yes! You can purchase a Squarespace 7.1 template elsewhere and I can customize it for you.
